Your credit card will be collected securely but not charged until the trial ends.

If you are not happy with the program during your trial, email us at support@happyslumber.com with the subject line “Cancel” before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Once a cancellation is requested, your access to the program and license to use any downloaded materials will end. You agree to delete or destroy ALL copies (digital or printed) of program materials immediately upon requesting a cancellation.

Our Sleep Improvement Commitment

We are committed to offering the most effective sleep program possible.

When you commit to completing all lessons, action items, and weekly sleep tracking, you should experience measurable improvements in your sleep.

If your sleep has not measurably improved after completing all six steps at the normal six-week pace, you may request a full refund before the end of your seventh week.

To be eligible, you must complete the 6-week program within 7 weeks of your enrollment date. This includes finishing all lessons, quizzes, action items, and weekly sleep tracking.

Refund requests after 7 weeks from your enrollment date cannot be accepted.

To request a refund, email support@happyslumber.com with the subject line “Refund.” We will happily process your request promptly, usually within 2 business days.
