Better sleep starts here. Enroll today and gain immediate access to the Introduction sections, Step 1, Step 2, and the AI Sleep Coach for 14 days and at no cost. Your credit card information will be collected securely but not charged until the trial ends.

If you're not happy with the program for any reason during your trial period, just email us at support@happyslumber.com with the subject line “Cancel” before the 14-day free trial ends and you won’t be billed.

Upon cancellation, your license to use any downloaded materials will end, and you agree to delete or destroy any copies (digital and printed).

Our Sleep Improvement Commitment

We are committed to offering you the most effective sleep retraining program possible. And when you commit to completing all lessons, action items, and weekly sleep tracking, you should achieve measurable improvements in your sleep.

If your sleep does not measurably improve after completing our 6-week program, you may request a full refund, provided you have met the eligibility requirements.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed the 6‑week program (within 7 weeks of your enrollment date). This includes all lessons, quizzes, action items, and weekly sleep tracking.

No requests for refunds will be accepted after 7 weeks from your enrollment date.

To request your refund, email support@happyslumber.com with the subject line “Refund.” We’ll process your request promptly, usually within 48 hours.

Once a refund is requested, your access to the program and your license to use any downloaded materials will end. You agree to delete or destroy any remaining copies (digital and printed).

Technical issues such as server downtime, email delays, or disruptions in AI features will be resolved promptly and in good faith but are not grounds for a refund.
