Who We Serve
We’re based in Richmond, Virginia (USA), and serve busy professionals who struggle with poor sleep from around the globe. Everything we do is grounded in respect for your time, your privacy, and your goals.
Meet the Founder: Timothy Roberts
Timothy Roberts, founder and program guide, brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, innovation, and communication design. He’s led initiatives for top organizations like Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, HCA, and CHI, shaping major healthcare and education strategies across the U.S. and beyond. Timothy has won over 100 industry awards for his innovative thinking and breakthrough solutions.
After decades of battling insomnia himself, Timothy turned his frustration into a mission.
He earned a Professional Sleep Consultant Diploma and studied proven insomnia treatments through programs at Harvard, Cleveland Clinic, and global health agencies in the US, UK, and Australia.
In 2024, he stepped away from his role as President of Franklin Street (a leading healthcare consultancy) to launch Happy Slumber.™ Why? Because he finally cracked his own sleep struggles and knew others deserved the same relief.
Timothy lives in Richmond, VA with his wife, Pamela. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Communication Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with innovation credentials from Stanford, MIT, and Dartmouth.
